Champion of good people and great ideas--I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and working with hundreds of businesses and nonprofit organizations. I’ve coached leaders, led workshops, and facilitated training sessions that help people find clarity, determine what they are for, anchor their work in value, and ultimately become better communicators.
After over a decade of living abroad, I’ve settled in the Chicago suburbs with my husband, Hagen, and our curly canine, Watson. I’m a big fan of putt-putt and am always on the hunt for good tacos.

Mid to senior-level leaders who manage other people within the organization
They lead teams that are either remote, hybrid or on-site
Each participant must have the support and endorsement of their direct manager
Each cohort can be made up of leaders representing diverse functions or teams throughout the organization
Lastly, each cohort is limited to a maximum of 10 individuals who share a peer-level status within the organization
Note: While this is most relevant to those with experience in their management roles, this program can be tailored for new leaders.

We've designed this program to span six months because it provides ample time for individuals to internalize new concepts, practice new skills, and gradually shift their thought patterns and behaviors. This extended duration allows for iterative learning, ongoing feedback, and the development of sustainable habits that lead to lasting transformation.

While adopting new mindsets and rewiring neural pathways takes practice (and therefore time), we’ve structured this program for busy professionals — so the active time commitment is less than five hours a month.

Yes! While the mindsets and concepts build on one another for a full transformative approach to leadership, they are each powerful as stand-alone workshops. Please contact us if you'd like to talk about hosting a particular workshop for your team.

The program is hosted on a secure, collaborative platform called Heartbeat which allows for tracking, conversations, file delivery, and more.
