Maybe you know something needs to change, but you can’t quite name it yet. Maybe you’re good at what you do, but you’ve started to wonder whether it’s still where you belong. Or maybe everyone brings their problems to you, and you have nowhere to bring yours.The end of the year has a way of surfacing questions like these. They deserve more than a few stolen minutes between meetings. They deserve real time, unhurried attention, and someone to think them through with you, before January fills the calendar.

This winter I’m opening three ways to work together. Each one gives you room to name what’s stirring, get clear on what matters, and choose what comes next.
Plan 2027 on Purpose: a Life on Purpose Day
One full day, just the two of us, to give the year’s big questions the time they deserve and decide what 2027 is for.We’ll step back from the to-do list and start with what’s stirring: what needs to change, what matters most to you now, and what a good year would actually look like. You’ll leave knowing your priorities and your first steps, and we’ll check in 30 days later to see how they’re holding up in real life.
• A short questionnaire beforehand, so we start with your real questions• A full-day 1:1 session (about six hours of coaching, with a proper lunch break), in person or on Zoom• A written summary of your goals, priorities and next steps, sent within a week• A 60-minute follow-up call 30 days later to see what’s working and adjust

90-Day Leadership Coaching
Three months of steady, confidential thinking partnership: a place to bring what you carry for everyone else.Over 90 days we’ll get clear on what’s getting in your way, what you actually want, and how to lead — and live — with more intention. You bring the real situations; we work them in real time.
• Six 60-minute sessions, every other week• Support between sessions by email or voice message• A trusted thought partner outside your organization
$2,800 · Five spots this winter at $1,800
I’m completing my ICF coaching credential this year, so I’m setting aside five places for leaders who start by March 31, 2027, at $1,800 instead of $2,800. Same sessions, same support. Once those five are taken, the rate goes back to $2,800.
The Strategy Session
Not ready for a full day or 90 days? Start with one focused conversation: a single 90-minute session on a specific challenge, decision or transition. No commitment beyond the session itself — just substantive thinking, and a clear next step to walk away with.
