Designing Your Gathering

These questions are meant to help you think more deeply about the design and execution of the gathering you'd like to create. They also help me to anticipate and prepare for potential challenges or issues.

Ultimately, the goal is to create a gathering that is not only successful in achieving its stated purpose but also meaningful, engaging, and impactful for all participants.

Please carve out some time in your calendar as there are eight sections with several questions each.
